What a sweetheart! This is Neil the 4.5 lb. chihuahua! Neil was rescued from the shelter by one of our good customers who is currently fostering him until he can find his forever home. He was about to be put to sleep at the shelter, can you believe this cutie almost didn't make it??? His personality is very shy if he doesn't know you, but I hear he's a very active little guy. Neil is 8 years young (we know chihuahuas who are 18 years old, so Neil still has many good years ahead of him) and waiting for his special human. Is that you?
