Meet Kate the toy poodle! She is from Japan. Kate came for grooming the other day and got the same teddy bear haircut as Mocha and Java. We love it!

We hope Kate comes back to visit us again soon :)

TODAY'S CUSTOMER ~* GUMMI - TOY POODLE PART 2*~

Remember Gummi? She was on our blog a few months ago, when she first walked into our store with her family to browse around. We noticed her right away because A) she was wearing a yukata and B) she looks like Java! Well ever since seeing Java's flawless fur Gummi has become a regular grooming customer! This is Gummi's latest hairstyle. A little touch of girliness don't you think?

Today's customer is Mumu the toy poodle! Mumu is truly a toy poodle, she's suuuuuper tiny! And she's not a puppy - she's full grown! Mumu is a very sweet little dog, and her mom is equally sweet. Here they are after Mumu's grooming.

TODAY'S CUSTOMER ~* COOKIE - TOY POODLE*~

Today's customer is Cooke the toy poodle! Cookie is always super happy, especially when her mom arrives with her carrier! As soon as Cookie sees her bag she jumps right in. Fun fact about Cookie: She was born in Tokyo!

We love seeing Cookie whenever her mom drops her off for grooming. Hopefully they'll be back soon.

TODAY'S CUSTOMER ~* HARU - TOY POODLE *~

Meet Haru the toy poodle! Haru just arrived from Japan and had his first grooming with us. He was a very good boy. In Japan there's a lot of creative hairstyles for dogs, especially poodles. Of course, our groomers are Japanese, and we love to take customer's requests, so Haru got a Japanese poodle style. The only way I can describe it is bellbottom legs! Slim on the top and big and fluffy on the bottom. It looks really cute when they walk - I saw somebody staring at Haru when Haru and his mom left the shop. Definitely a showstopper.

TODAY'S CUSTOMER ~* PAOLA & PRINI - TOY POODLE & WHEATON TERRIER *~

Today's customers are Paola the toy poodle and Prini the wheaton terrier! They came this week for grooming. They came out looking super fluffy and smelling sooo nice. Both of them look just like stuffed toys! too cute. We hope to see Paola, Prini, and their mom again soon.

THE AFRO DOG - SECRET'S MUSIC VIDEO

One of our good clients, Secret the poodle, has her very own music video on Youtube! We loooove it. Secret gets her unique afro haircut right here at Venicepets/Marina Dog Grooming. Please click here and check it out! The video also features her little brother, Ali, who gets a mohawk hairstyle with us too. The video is ridiculously cute, the song selection is perfect! The harness she is wearing is also from Venicepets, but she had it customized on the back with rhinestones. Secret truly has a style that is all her own.

Today's customer are Hime the long hair chihuahua and Bubbles the toy poodle!

They came for their first grooming last week. They actually traveled pretty far just to come to Marina Dog Grooming! We're very grateful. They were both very cute and very sweet dogs. We hope to see them again soon!

Does this look kind of familiar? That's because Gummi shares an uncanny resemblance to our very own Venicepets Java!

Gummi is super cute and friendly. She came in wearing an adorable doggy yukata with strawberries printed all over it. For those of you that don't know, a yukata is a light kimono worn in the summertime. Girls wear it to go to a matsuri, which is a summer festival that takes place right around this time. I wonder if Gummi was on her way to a matsuri? We hope she comes back again soon, so she and Java can meet face to face. I wonder if they'll notice?

Meet Kaana, the toy poodle! Kaana has been our good customer for a long time. Every time she comes for grooming she gets 2 pink bows on her fur - that's Kaana's signature look ;) Holding her is like holding a living teddy bear. She's so warm, soft and furry! See you next time Kaana!

Meet Honey, the toy poodle! Honey is one of our long time grooming customers. Her wonderful mom always brings her in for her haircut, so we took a picture of her yesterday! Honey is super tiny and sweet, she loves to give kisses to everyone. She was really excited so it was tough to get a good picture, but I really like this one! There's also another one we got of Honey that I really love:

TODAY'S CUSTOMER ★TEDDY-MINIATURE POODLE PUPPY★

Meet Teddy the miniature poodle puppy! Teddy is only 13 weeks old, so he's still too young to walk around in public places. However that doesn't mean he can't travel with his family! Teddy's family got him our popular messenger pouch carrier so that Teddy can go places, be comfy, and look around. Teddy also met Mocha and Java while he was here and he had lots of fun watching Mocha and Java run around and be friendly. We hope to see Teddy and his wonderful family back again soon!

Meet Yuppi the tiny poodle! Yuppi's wonderful mom brings her for grooming very often and we love to have Yuppi here with us. Yuppi was too excited to look at the camera, but hopefully we can get a better picture of her next time! No matter what though Yuppi is always cute (actually Yuppi stops traffic! Amazing!)
