We got a visit from a cute Shiba Inu last week named Little Boy. Little Boy is his temporary name, he just got rescued. The holidays are fast approaching, and because it's the most popular time of the year for people to get pets, we urge you to please consider adopting from your local shelter or rescue group first before considering pet store or breeder. There are so many puppies and purebred dogs, cats, and bunnies available for adoption through shelters or rescue groups. Many shelters are so packed with pets that often times pets only have a short amount of time before they are euthanized, yes, even the puppies. Shelter volunteers do all they can to adopt pets out, and rescue groups help to pull pets from shelters and find them new homes. So please support their hard work and adopt a wonderful pet like Little Boy this holiday season! The small adoption fee you pay gives them a chance to be able to fund the rescue of another pet who would have otherwise died without a home. We get so many wonderful rescue dogs as customers, and they're very loving, sweet, and well behaved!Congratulations to Little Boy for getting a new lease on life. We hope to see him and his family again soon!
