Mari in Japanese Magazine LaLaLa & Grooming Magazine

This summer has been super busy for Venicepets and Marina Dog Grooming, but Mari has been especially busy! As many of you know, Mari is from Japan. This summer she has been featured in a popular Japanese grooming magazine and in American/Japanese magazine LaLaLa, which you can pick up at Mitsuwa, Nijiya, and other local Japanese businesses for free. Mari is a talented groomer so people in the media have become interested to learn more about her.

LaLaLa runs a section where they interview successful business owners about what their other passion or hobby is (you could say it's "another face" or "another side" of a person). Mari's other passion besides grooming and pets is macrobiotic cooking. The article basically talks about Mari and what she cooks and how she does it. The main photo is of Mari at the local Farmer's Market.

The second article is from the Japanese grooming magazine. This article is about Mari and Venicepets & Marina Dog Grooming. They interview Mari about how she came to the U.S and decided to become a groomer and boutique owner. There's even a photo of Mari when she was in grooming school! Mocha and Java also appear in this article, and there's lots of nice pictures of the shop and grooming.

Let's wish Mari congratulations for her magazine features! If you're interested in reading the LaLaLa article it's in this month's LaLaLa so you can pick it up at Mitsuwa or Nijiya for free. Of course, you must be able to read Japanese or have a friend translate it for you :)

Grooming your dog can be a long, difficult job, which isn't enjoyable for you or your dog. If you feel this way, then you should consider getting a professional dog groomer to do it for you.
