This black kitty has been living around the parking lot of our building for some time now. The guys at the mechanic repair shop have taken it upon themselves to take care of him/her. We nicknamed the cat "Lucky" and he/she is doing very well. Lucky found a good spot to settle down, nice and safe in our parking space! :)
