Lizette is such a sweet girl too she always brings her cool toys to share with us~

Each Beanie Boo comes with their own special birthday~

End of the Year / New Year Business Hour Change

Hello this is Mari, owner of VENICEPETS!

I would like to update you on a change in business hours~

December 25th (Thurs) and December 31 (Wed) will be CLOSED

The usual business schedule will resume January 2nd (Fri)

I am incredibly thankful for all of our customers this year!

This year will mark the 10th year anniversary of VENICEPETS 

and I hope to continue to bring my lovely customers great quality products 

and excellent customer service~!

This is Desi a long time customer here at VENICEPETS~

Here she is with her lovely Mommy Nelly~ how sweet!

Today Desi got a super cute outfit to transform into a  white bunny! 

Check out those tiny ears on the hood~

As soon as her Mommy saw it she exclaimed it was the perfect Holiday outfit 

and we couldn't agree more!

Also a funfact, did you know that Nelly was the producer for the super popular TV show SWAN?

How cool right?

She actually had a part in it as well and has been on many other TV shows as well~

Not only is she an incredibly inspirational successful woman but she is also incredibly sweet and I 

always learn so much from just talking with her when she comes in the store~

Definitely hope to see Desi and Nelly again soon

It's Juniper the 10 year old Labrador Retriever~

She is not only adorable but super smart, 

she carried around her own leash inside the store and was such a good girl!

Venice's Weather

Hello this is Mari again owner of VENICEPETS~

Its good that I was able to introduce those colorful doggy raincoats 

because it looks like there is rain in the forecast here in LA. 

I am all prepared so it looks like now its just the wait!

Here is the sky in Venice today~

Mocha's love for Tiny Spaces

For some reason Mocha (the 14 year old Chocolate Poodle) has always loved tiny spaces~

Whenever I don't see her there I always find her in such random places!

Like between the wall and sofa, inside my laundry cart, or camouflaged on my brown couch~

Look where I found her this time~ inside this box in the kitchen!

On the other hand, Java (the 12 year old Apricot Toy Poodle) always follows 

closely behind me and I always catch him staring my way~

For Sydney (the 12 year old Shih Tzu) who comes to play sometime in the store

I always find her sleeping peacefully inside the counter at the cashier

Looks like every pup has an unique comfy place~ 

I definitely have to catch more pics of them in their favorite places!

New Customer: Molly

This adorable Pomeranian is no other than Molly~

Today she came in for grooming and got her trademark Lion Cut

She even got a cute Santa hat from Mommy today!

She looks all ready for Christmas time~

Molly's cuteness plus the Santa hat's cuteness make for a cuteness overload!

Its Kirby the Pomeranian cutiepie!

He's actually just returned from living in San Francisco and Boston~

and now he is back in Venice!

He hasn't changed one bit though~ still has that sweet smile and cute round eyes!

Hello everyone this is Mari the owner of VENICEPETS~

Feels like this year went by so fast~ it is already December and almost the end of this year!

Looks like here in LA we are getting some sunny days and other cloudy days lately

But it looks like we will be getting some rain later this week (which I actually like)

Here at VENICEPETS we have the perfect products to get your pets rain ready!

Hello! Today I would like to introduce you again to my lovely dogs!

Mocha a 14 year old Chocolate Poodle and Java a 12 year old Apricot Poodle~

They are always with me wherever I go~ 

Inside the house they are always in the middle where they can see the whole house~

Inside the store they hang out behind the counter or inside the cage when I am doing grooming~

They are always with me and they make me so happy!

Recently I found an adorable sight inside the store! Moch and Java were sleeping in this position 

and their bodies made a perfect heart shape~ how cute!!

The Doggy House Bed (a favorite of our pup Mocha who went inside and refused to come out because its too comfy!) The last time we got these in we put them in our display with our Boo doll~ and a visitor from Kuwait absolutely loved it and because its so cute thought it was a doll house! New Customer: New Puppy

Meet our lovely new customer~

She is a just-rescued Papillon and Chihuahua mix~ 

Her name hasn't been decided yet 

but we thought maybe Kuro (Kuro means black in Japanese)

to suit her beautiful black coat. 

That's just one possibility though~ please let us know on this blog 

if you have any name suggestions! Can't wait to find out what her name will be~

Cute new pup alert! Meet Azuki~

She came in for her first teeth cleaning~

Even though it was her first time she did great! 

Azuki even got a rope toy present from her owner today

She loved to carry it around the store~

What a perfect toy too because it helps to work as tooth floss and is made using only vegetable dyes.

Great way to keep her just cleaned teeth healthy and strong

Meet Busford and his little brother who's only 3 months old~

Actually Busford's Daddy's mother is the designer for 

the cute Louis Vuitton type parody toys we carry in our store! So cool!

I wonder is Busford plays with those toys all the time~
