Yesterday this super handsome little guy stopped by for a nail trim and we just had to take a picture! Do you notice anything different about this boston terrier? He's brown and white! If you look closely his eyes are a nice light brown as well. Have you ever seen any boston terrier like him before? Apparently it's a very rare occurance - 1/1000 chances I believe (correct me if I'm wrong). We're very happy that we get to know him! We hope he and his parents come visit us again soon :)

Meet Lolly, our dental hygenist who comes once a month to perform anesthesia-free teeth cleaning here at Venicepets/Marina Dog Grooming. Getting a pet’s teeth cleaned at the vet can be stressful for both pet and owner because pets need to be put under general anesthesia in order for the vet to clean their teeth. But Lolly's technique is kind and gentle. The pet simply sits in her lap, she talks and praises to reassure them. Most pets love the attention and enjoy seeing her! Your pets will thank you for it. They look and smell so much better after cleaning. Mocha and Java are so happy after getting their teeth cleaned - Java even smiled for the picture to show off his beautiful clean teeth!

Today's customer is Chichi! She's an adorable 8 month old chihuahua. She and her parents came in to browse the shop and pick up some tasty treats. Like most chihuahuas, Chichi is very proud and very brave and loves to bark. I wish she could have met my 2 chihuahuas, they're just like Chichi and they would have made good friends! Today's customer is Coco, a german shepherd mix. Coco comes very often to get groomed, you might say she is a VIP (very important pet)! Coco and her dad always make us smile whenever they come to the shop. Today Coco's dad got her one of our tube sock toys, but he was hiding it from her so that she can get surprised when she gets home. Here she is being hugged by her dad, totally unaware of her new present! We hope to see Coco back very soon :)

Tiger and Rocky are 2 super cute and tiny yorkies. Not only are they adorable, they're very sweet too! I got some kisses from them yesterday when they came in for grooming.
